Todd C. Bushway

Mr. Bushway defends clients in municipal, motor vehicle, trucking accidents and litigation, premises liability, construction negligence, labor law negligence and product liability matters. His municipal law experience runs the gamut from claims of civil rights and constitutional tort violations to premises and road liability concerns. Mr. Bushway also has experience in the area of toxic tort, having participated in the representation of asbestos insulators and suppliers for over 15 years. Mr. Bushway has experience in handling and coordinating pre-suit accident investigations, including working with forensic experts to preserve and document key evidence, and, when necessary, securing court intervention to facilitate that investigation. He has also represented governmental agencies of various size and structure as well as insurance carriers and self-insured clients. 

An active community leader particularly focused on helping and mentoring youth, Mr. Bushway is a member of Leadership Buffalo, serving on numerous committees and as the former Class Chair for the Leadership Buffalo Class of 2006. He serves Advisory Committee for the Paralegal Program at Daemen College and formerly served on the Board of Directors of Young Audiences of WNY and as President of the Board of Directors for the Delaware Soccer Club.

Mr. Bushway earned his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, and is a graduate with a Bachelor’s in Science from the University of Notre Dame.
