Thomas A. Narducci

Mr. Narducci is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation department, focusing his practice in premises liability, automotive liability, labor law, and general liability insurance defense. He has significant experience handling all aspects of complex matters with issues arising from bodily injury, property damage, and public nuisance law.

Mr. Narducci previously worked at a plaintiff’s law firm representing cities, towns, and counties across the United States in antitrust and complex commercial matters, including In Re Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation and In Re Opioid Litigation. He is well versed in all aspects of litigation from inception through trial, including all aspects of discovery, conducting and defending depositions, motion practice, mediation and trial preparation. Mr. Narducci has extensive experience in handling cases in Federal court, State court, and Multidistrict Litigation.

Mr. Narducci received his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While attending Touro, Mr. Narducci volunteered and participated in the International Baseball Arbitration Competition during his 1L year where he presented to front-office executives, and in-house counsel for for Major League Baseball teams, as well as MLB player agents, placing first for Touro.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the State University of New York at Albany.  

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
