Ms. Cuneo is a litigation associate in the firm’s Melville office, focusing her practice on general liability defense, including medical malpractice. She has over 10 years of experience handling various cases including premises liability, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and general negligence actions.
Ms. Cuneo obtained her Juris Doctor in 2012 from Touro Law Center. As a member of the Women’s Bar Association and Phi Alpha Delta, she helped organize, and participated in, numerous community service events. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo in 2007. While an undergrad student, she served as the fundraising chair before becoming president of Alpha Phi Omega, a community service organization. She also participated in Geneseo Opportunities for Leadership Development and Launch Explore Achieve Discover Serve, two programs focused on developing communication and leadership skills.
Ms. Cuneo is admitted to practice in New York and the Eastern and Southern District Courts.
Active in the legal community, Ms. Cuneo has handled numerous pro bono matters, including divorce, estate planning and contract dispute. In her spare time, Ms. Cuneo organizes and hosts charity events for local animal shelters, and families in need.
