Mr. Gestwick is an attorney in the firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage analysis and litigation. He is also a contributor for Coverage Pointers, the firm’s bi-weekly newsletter. His column, “Gestwick’s Garden State Gazette,” provides updates on insurance coverage opinions from all courts in New Jersey.
Mr. Gestwick obtained his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2022. While in law school, he served as a peer-to-peer advocate, student mentor, and student ambassador. He was also a member of the school’s Entrepreneurship Law Center Clinic, in which he represented start-up businesses in various undertakings. Prior to joining Hurwitz Fine as an associate attorney, Mr. Gestwick worked as a law clerk at the firm.
Mr. Gestwick completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University at Buffalo, where he graduated magna cum laude. During his undergraduate career, he served as the President of the school’s Rotaract Club, a Rotary Club for young professionals.
