Zachary J. Raber

Mr. Raber is a litigation associate in the firm’s Buffalo office. He concentrates his practice on defending premises liability, automotive liability, and product liability matters, and also represents clients in toxic tort and environmental claims, school district litigation, and municipal matters.

Mr. Raber earned his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and in the top 30% of his class. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law from the University at Buffalo, graduating magna cum laude.

During law school, Mr. Raber served as a Publications Editor for the Buffalo Law Review, where he honed his legal research and writing skills. He also worked as a teaching assistant for an undergraduate Public Law course, as well as for the law school’s Constitutional Law II: Fundamental Rights course. Mr. Raber also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® for achieving the highest grade in his Trial Technique course while in law school.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Mr. Raber gained hands-on litigation experience as a law clerk at Hurwitz Fine and at a small personal injury firm where he worked on motorcycle and railroad (FELA) personal injury cases.

As an undergraduate, he also gained early exposure to legal practice through his work with the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
