
Ms. Epstein is a litigation associate in the firm’s General Litigation Practice Group in Melville. She represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil matters, including personal injury claims involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, negligent security, and general negligence.
Prior to joining Hurwitz Fine, Ms. Epstein gained experience in defense litigation, handling cases across multiple practice areas including personal injury, medical malpractice, and labor law. Her background provides her with a well-rounded perspective and a strong foundation in complex litigation matters.
Ms. Epstein earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, where she participated in The Edward P. Swyer Justice Center Health Law Clinic. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from The Ohio State University. While in law school, she gained valuable legal experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Carmen St. George in the New York State Supreme Court, Suffolk County, and as a law clerk at the New York State Public Employees Federation.
