Ms. LaBarbera is an attorney in the firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage analysis and litigation in New York State. She is a contributor to Coverage Pointers, the firm’s bi-weekly newsletter. Her column, “LaBarbera’s Lower Court Library” reviews insurance coverage decisions from trial level courts in New York State’s 64 Counties.
Ms. LaBarbera obtained her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2023. While in law school, she was an Editor for the Environmental Law Review and was elected 3L Class Director for the Student Bar Association. Ms. LaBarbera also was an IDEA Scholar recipient and worked with various organizations to facilitate access to legal services in Buffalo’s East Side.
Prior to law school, Ms. LaBarbera attended St. Bonaventure University, where she graduated in three years, summa cum laude, earning her Bachelor of Arts in political science, with a minor in philosophy. While at St. Bonaventure, she participated in the Division I Women’s Soccer Program.
