PLRB Claims Conference in National Harbor, MD: CGL Policy & Work Product Coverage Conundrums

Hurwitz Fine's Steve Peiper is speaking at the PLRB Claims Conference in National Harbor, MD  on March 23rd, 2026. Steve will be presenting, CGL Policy & Work Product Coverage Conundrums.

This program is an example based interactive workshop where participants will first review the interpretation and intended scope of construction defective coverage found within a traditional CGL Policy. The lecture portion of the presentation will address threshold “trigger of coverage” issues and explore the breadth of the completed operations coverage. Specific focus will address nuanced differences between the various work product and product liability exclusions found in common CGL policy forms. Throughout the presentation, class participants will be given factual scenarios, based upon reported decisions, which will provide an opportunity to apply the information conveyed throughout the PowerPoint.
