Congratulations to Hurwitz Fine Insurance Coverage Chair Dan D. Kohane, who has joined NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) as a Hearing Officer.
In this new role, Dan will serve as an arbitrator and mediator for matters throughout New York State, drawing on his decades of experience in complex insurance coverage and litigation matters.
Dan will continue his full-time practice at Hurwitz Fine while expanding his work in alternative dispute resolution through NAM, one of the nation’s leading providers of arbitration and mediation services.
