This leadership appointment recognizes their extensive litigation experience, longstanding dedication to client service, and strategic vision for the continued growth of the firm.

V. Christopher Potenza – An established and respected litigator, Chris focuses his practice on general liability and tort defense, including product liability, premises liability, transportation and automotive liability, commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, and nursing home negligence. He also leads the firm’s Products Liability team, including toxic tort and medical device litigation, as well as the firm’s Appellate Advocacy team.
- David R. Adams – In addition to his role as Co-Chair, Dave also leads the New York State Labor Law (Scaffold Law) & Construction Defect team and has extensive experience defending clients in construction-accident cases under NYS Labor Law, construction defect claims, environmental toxic exposure suits, product liability actions, transportation negligence matters, and other complex or catastrophic-injury litigation. He also developed and now leads the firm’s High Exposure/Catastrophic Injury (CAT) Team, coordinating a multidisciplinary group of attorneys, experts, and support staff to defend clients facing extraordinary damages exposure.
