Agnieszka A. Wilewicz, Member at Hurwitz Fine P.C., was once again selected to the American Bar Association’s (ABA’s) General Committee Board Standing Committee by the Section Chair. This leadership appointment is recognition of Agnes’ talent and commitment to the Section. The one-year term of this appointment began on the last day of the 2024 ABA Annual Meeting in August and will end on the last day of the 2025 Annual Meeting. This committee oversees and coordinates the efforts of all of the ABA's Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) 32 General Committees. This includes coordinating and facilitating the Insurance Coverage Litigation; Litigation & Trial Practice; and Excess, Surplus Lines & Reinsurance committees.
