Sarah K. Hyman

Ms. Hyman is special counsel in the firm’s Economic Development and Public Incentives practice group and the firm’s Business Services and Commercial Real Estate groups.

She works with businesses, non-profit organizations and governmental entities on a broad range of general corporate/business matters, including entity formation, contracts, mergers, acquisitions, real estate development transactions, community association law issues, employment, and regulatory compliance matters.

Ms. Hyman has more than a decade of experience in corporate, transactional, multi-family housing, mortgage default servicing, foreclosure, title examination, commercial and residential leasing, landlord-tenant matters, residential real estate law and commercial real estate law.  She has supported high-value development projects, negotiated complex agreements, and closed large-scale transactions.  Prior to joining the firm, she served as in-house counsel for multiple development companies.

She earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
