Mr. Caggiano is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department. His practice encompasses a wide range of general litigation matters, including defending personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, navigating potential high exposure losses, and resolving business/commercial disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Caggiano began his legal career handling high-volume litigation matters for New York Workers' Compensation matters. This experience began with years of representing employers and/or insurance carriers. Mr. Caggiano then took said experience to the other side of the table – representing injured workers – while he headed the Workers' Compensation department for a high-volume claimant's practice. These differing perspectives presented Mr. Caggiano with the opportunity to litigate every aspect of cases, thus developing a well-rounded foundation of his legal skills.
Originally a native of New York City, Mr. Caggiano made Buffalo, New York home after earning his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Buffalo – and subsequently his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law. In his undergraduate studies, Mr. Caggiano majored in both political science and economics. In law school, Mr. Caggiano successfully completed the school's Finance and Development Program.
