Robert J. Caggiano has joined Hurwitz Fine P.C. in the firm's Litigation Department as an associate attorney. He focuses his practice on general litigation matters, including defending personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, navigating potential high exposure losses, and resolving business/commercial disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Rob handled high-volume litigation for New York Workers’ Compensation matters. This experience began with years of representing employers and/or insurance carriers. Rob then took said experience to the other side of the table – representing injured workers – while he led the Workers’ Compensation department for a high-volume claimant’s practice. These differing perspectives presented Mr. Caggiano with the opportunity to litigate every aspect of cases, thus developing a well-rounded foundation of his legal skills.
Rob received his Juris Doctor from University at Buffalo School of Law and also received his Bachelor of Arts from University at Buffalo in political science and economics.
