
Mr. Neale is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice and nursing home litigation.
Mr. Neale earned his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and in the top five percent of his class. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology.
Prior to joining Hurwitz Fine as an associate attorney, Mr. Neale worked as a law clerk at the firm. Mr. Neale served as an Editor on the Buffalo Law Review and worked as a student attorney with the Community Engagement Legal Clinic.
While in law school, Mr. Neale worked as a research assistant to Vice Dean Christine P. Bartholomew, focusing on civil procedure and antitrust matters, as well as to Professor David Westbrook, focusing on corporate law. He also served as a writing fellow for the Advanced Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research program.
Mr. Neale was inducted into the University at Buffalo School of Law chapter of the Order of the Coif. He also was a recipient of the school’s Award for Excellence in the Study of Intellectual Property Law and for Best Advocate at his Trial Technique competition.
Prior to law school, Mr. Neale operated as a licensed EMT and performed pediatric research in association with the PLAN study at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
