Ms. McGay is a seasoned litigation attorney working out of Hurwitz Fine’s Long Island office with more than 30 years of experience representing financial institutions, corporate clients, and individuals in complex disputes. She brings a practical, business-focused approach to litigation, combining deep legal knowledge with a clear understanding of her clients’ strategic objectives.
Ms. McGay’s practice spans a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including securities, class actions, employment, contract, consumer, construction, intellectual property, corporate governance, and business torts.
She regularly advises clients on risk assessment and pre-litigation strategy, helping them navigate potential disputes efficiently and effectively. When litigation is necessary, Ms. McGay manages all phases of the process, from initial case evaluation through trial and appeal, while also guiding clients through mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
