The United States District Court, Western District of New York has approved Dan D. Kohane and Michael F. Perley to serve on the Courts Mediator Panel. Having completed training, they now join 76 current mediators on the panel which will swell to over 125 mediators once the training is complete for the Rochester, NY region. Their Panel appointment is for 3 years.
