Maxwell C. Radley has joined Hurwitz Fine P.C. in the firm’s Buffalo office focusing his practice in Business Services and Economic Development & Public Incentives.
Max focuses on representing economic development entities, including industrial development agencies and local development corporations. He advises clients regarding project eligibility and assists clients with the negotiation and closing of IDA incentive transactions.
He also brings a great deal of experience in representing businesses that are engaged in a vast range of legal disputes, including contract disputes, construction litigation, employment matters, insurance claim denials, and shareholder and partnership disputes.
Max received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University and graduated State University of New York at Fredonia with his B.A. in Political Science and Economics.
