A Texas court is questioning whether an affidavit was signed by a deceased expert witness, which could lead to serious legal consequences, including sanctions and potential disbarment. Dan Kohane, who leads our Insurance Coverage practice, put it simply to Law.com, “Even in Texas, dead men shouldn’t be signing affidavits.”
