Agnieszka A. Wilewicz, Member at Hurwitz Fine P.C., was appointed as Chair to the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Sections’ (TIPS) Excess, Surplus Lines & Reinsurance Committee (ESLR) for the 2024-25 bar year. This leadership appointment is in recognition of Agnes’ talent and commitment to the Section. The one-year term of this appointment began on the last day of the 2024 ABA Annual Meeting in August. The Excess, Surplus Lines and Reinsurance Committee is a dynamic group of lawyers who focus on the relationship between excess and primary insurers, the laws and regulations applicable to surplus lines, and reinsurance-specific issues.
