Iryna N. Dore

MEMBER

Ms. Dore is a Member of Hurwitz Fine’s New England insurance coverage team. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage litigation, bad faith defense, and general civil litigation. Her meticulous attention to detail and deep knowledge of the law make her an indispensable ally to clients.

A results-driven advocate for her clients, Ms. Dore has been practicing law for more than fifteen years. She assists insurance company clients with evaluating, assessing, and resolving thorny coverage issues and advises them on their rights and responsibilities regarding first- and third-party claims under a diverse array of insurance policies, including general liability, property, auto, D&O and professional liability. Ms. Dore also defends insurance company clients against claims of bad faith, including M.G. L. c. 93A.

Recognizing that negotiations and dispute resolution can achieve favorable results, Ms. Dore has extensive experience resolving disputed claims through litigation, trials, appraisals, references, and appeals, when required.

Ms. Dore is the Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee. She also serves as the Vice-Chair Insurance Law Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association. She closely follows emerging and cutting-edge issues in the industry and is invited to address these issues through various speaking engagements. Ms. Dore recently participated in a panel discussion on the maintenance and preservation of attorney-client and work-product privileges at the ABA Trial & Insurance Practice Section Conference and the interpretation of commercial general insurance policies at a New Hampshire Bar Association continuing legal education seminar.
