
Mr. Lieberman is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation practice group. His practice encompasses a wide range of litigation matters, including premises liability, school district representation, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and nursing home litigation.
Mr. Lieberman earned his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. He received his undergraduate degree from SUNY Binghamton, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English, and a concentration in Creative Writing.
Prior to joining Hurwitz Fine as an associate attorney, Mr. Lieberman gained experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides of personal injury law, handling matters involving municipal law, labor law, premises liability, and automobile liability.
During law school, Mr. Lieberman worked as a student attorney in the Civil Rights and Transparency Clinic, where he engaged with federal and state housing and civil rights law. He also conducted research on New York State election law and local elections.
