Hurwitz & Fine announces two attorney promotions:
Marc A. Schulz has advanced from Associate to Member. Marc focuses his practice on labor law; SUM/AAA claims, including the production of claims files and defending adjuster depositions; complex litigation; and insurance defense matters. Marc is a board member of the Defense Trial Lawyers Association of Western New York and of the GOLD Group of UB Law School.
Amber E. Storr has also advanced from Associate to Member. Amber is an experienced litigator, focusing her practice on business & commercial litigation, employment law litigation, professional liability defense, and mediation. She is also Commercial Litigation Co-Chair of the Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy Law Committee of the Bar Association of Erie County and an active member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.
