Diane Bosse Recognized by Court of Appeals

Diane Bosse, Special Counsel at Hurwitz & Fine, P.C., was appointed to serve as a member of the New York State Permanent Commission on Access to Justice, which is Chaired by Helaine M. Barnett, Esq., The Permanent Commission, originally established in 2010 by Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman as the Task Force to Expand Access to Civil Legal Services in New York, supports the Chief Judge on conducting annual hearings to assess the unmet needs for legal representation and in preparing an annual report and recommendations to the Legislature and the Executive concerning the level of public resources necessary to meet those needs. The Permanent Commission's mission also encompasses broader efforts to expand access to civil legal services generally.
