Hurwitz & Fine Welcomes Summer Law Clerks

Every year, Hurwitz & Fine welcomes several law students to work in our office and gain valuable insight into the inner workings of a law firm through our Summer Law Clerkship. On a day-to-day basis, these law clerks support the firm’s attorneys with a variety of tasks, including research, writing projects and case preparation.

Our firm places a special emphasis on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Earlier this year, the Diversity Committee established a dedicated Diversity Summer Clerkship Program. This program is intended to provide a meaningful and hands-on private practice experience for law students from backgrounds historically underrepresented in the legal profession. After a rigorous application and interview process, we picked two candidates that stood out as successful and accomplished soon-to-be lawyers.

We are delighted to introduce our Diversity Summer Law Clerks & Summer Law Clerks:

Cristian Cruzado – Diversity Clerkship Program

Hired through our Diversity Clerkship Program is Cristian Cruzado.

Cristian holds a bachelor’s from the College at Brockport and is currently studying at the University at Buffalo School of Law, with plans of graduation in 2022.
