Chris moderated the panel Breaking Point: Strategies for Combatting the Rising Cost of Claims Payments and Settlements. This panel focused on nuclear verdicts, nuclear settlements, social inflation, and strategies for what the claims industry can do as a whole to combat nuclear verdicts and public perception of civil jury verdicts.
