
Mr. Danielsen is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, working in the firm’s Melville office. His practice is centered around the defense of individuals and businesses in a variety of matters, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and general negligence actions.
Prior to joining Hurwitz Fine, Mr. Danielsen represented hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities in all stages of litigation involving claims of healthcare negligence and medical malpractice. Mr. Danielsen was admitted to practice law in the state of New York in 2023 and is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
Mr. Danielsen graduated from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2023. While attending Touro, he was a teaching assistant for a legal analysis course and received a CALI Award for Excellence in Contracts. He was also a member of Touro’s Senior Citizens Law Clinic. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from SUNY Potsdam College in 2019 and was President of the SUNY Potsdam Chess Club.
