Joseph M. Reynolds



Mr. Reynolds is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Development and Finance Practice Group with more than 15 years of legal experience representing buyers, sellers, lenders and developers in the full range of commercial and residential purchases and sales. He acts as an examining and closing counsel for one of the country’s largest title insurance companies and is highly trained in title examination, compliance and insurance, and is highly experienced in all aspects of loan documentation and contract negotiation.

He has represented commercial developers in multi-million dollar lending transactions handled in conjunction with economic development agencies and is fully familiar with the procedures involved in tax-exempt financing. He is also experienced in condominium development from preparation of the initial offering plan and working with the appropriate municipal entities and license agreements through land development, construction, easement issues and ultimate sales of the units.

Mr. Reynolds is a member of the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association and a member of the Real Property Committee of the Erie County Bar Association.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Management from the State University of New York at Geneseo and his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and participated in the Buffalo Moot Court Competition.
