
Ms. Adymy has an extensive background in successfully representing medical providers, including private and municipal hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physicians and physician extenders in both medical malpractice actions and professional disciplinary matters. Ms. Adymy has also assisted in the drafting of position statements on behalf of the Medical Society of Erie County in collaboration with the New York State Medical Society (MSSNY). Her experience also includes successfully defending clients in the areas of nursing home litigation, legal malpractice actions, employment law, Labor Law actions, premises liability matters, the defense of medical providers in §1983 civil rights actions, products liability litigation, and actions brought under the ADA.
An experienced litigation attorney, Ms. Adymy has successfully handled cases in state, federal and appellate courts in New York, including the New York State Court of Appeals and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Adymy obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law. She also received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where she received her B.A. in political science and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
