Hurwitz Fine P.C. is seeking a lateral partner with at least 10 years of experience to join its Business Services practice. The ideal candidate will have a portable and growing book of business with a history of production and the ability and motivation to expand a diverse business/transactional practice. Experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including business formation and restructuring, commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions is required. The attorney will also advise clients on general business law issues and regulatory compliance matters, and the candidate should be skilled at developing and following through on strategies to successfully advise clients on diverse and complex matters.

While the firm is seeking a candidate for its Buffalo office, the firm is open to remote work opportunities outside of the Western New York region.
