Corporate Attorney (Business Litigation)
(Buffalo, NY or Remote)

Hurwitz Fine P.C. is actively seeking a lateral partner with at least 10 years of experience to join its Business Litigation practice. We are seeking a lawyer with a portable book of business and a demonstrated desire and ability to produce business to expand our diverse business and complex litigation practice. All candidates must have substantial experience in business litigation, which may include but is not limited to business dissolution, UCC matters, contract disputes, shareholder actions, and class actions, as well as experience in trying cases, handling appeals, and handling matters as first chair in the Commercial Division and federal court. Experience in arbitration and mediation is a plus. We are looking for a lawyer with a willingness to work in a team environment, who is collaborative, creative, and client oriented.

Hurwitz Fine P.C. has a state-wide practice and is open to remote work opportunities outside of the Western New York region.
