Ms. Kelleher is an associate in the firm’s Estate Planning and Corporate departments where she regularly counsels clients on all aspects of estate planning and elder law matters, including wills, trusts and advance directives, Medicaid planning, guardianships and estate administration. She also handles corporate matters, including formation and dissolution of business entities, statutory compliance, and preparation of policies and procedures for corporate and public entities.
Prior to joining Hurwitz & Fine, P.C. as an associate, Ms. Kelleher served as a law clerk for the firm and also worked as an intern for another Buffalo law firm.
Ms. Kelleher earned her Juris Doctor at the University at Buffalo Law School where she was Note & Comment Editor of the Buffalo Law Review. She simultaneously earned her Master’s degree in Education from that same institution. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English and obtained a teaching certification from William Smith College, where she graduated cum laude.
Ms. Kelleher is a member of the Board of Directors of Presbyterian Senior Care of WNY. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Lawyers for Learning and volunteers weekly as a tutor at Buffalo Public School #18.
She is a member of the Erie County, New York State and American Bar Associations.
