Representative U.S. insurance company clients on whose behalf we have handled trucking company defense matters include CNA, Liberty Mutual, Lincoln General, Atlantic Risk Mutual, Progressive CAIP, Mattie Insurance, Stonington Insurance and Northland Insurance. Canadian insurance companies include Lombard Canada Ltd. and The Co-Operators.

The firm has also been directly retained by self-insured trucking companies in litigation.
