The firm has handled innumerable construction and permanent real estate mortgage loans and the full gamut of vehicles for corporate lending, including lines of credit, SBA-guaranteed financing (including 504 transactions), NYSERDA-subsidized financing, letters of credit, taxable and tax exempt bond financing, term loans and revolving credits. We have extensive experience with area local development companies, including the Erie County Industrial Development Agency, for whom we are general counsel.
We have decades of experience working with commercial lenders and life companies. The firm regularly represents commercial lessors and lessees of retail, office, industrial and multi-family residential space, as well as purchasers, sellers and developers of commercial and residential real estate. |
